1Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to pk0k. By using this website and all its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

pk0k is an online gaming platform that provides entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and pk0k.

2Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

3Account Management

3.2 Suspicious Activity

Every account must be verified with a valid mobile number or email address. Accounts created using false or third-party information will be terminated immediately and all associated balances may be forfeited.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds to pk0k: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. You must use a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Additional Payment Conditions

• If you have accepted a bonus, the withdrawal process may be handled differently until the wagering requirements have been met.
• pk0k reserves the right to hold or cancel any payment if there is suspicion of fraudulent transactions.
• Transactions through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, you must deposit the specified minimum amount and activate the bonus option.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means you must wager the total of your deposit and bonus amount 20 times before withdrawing. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus; to withdraw, you must place total wagers of (৳1,000 + ৳2,000) × 20 = ৳60,000.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotional offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be stated alongside the offer.
• A bonus promotion may not be claimed more than once per account or household.
• Misuse of bonus terms may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• VIP cashback benefits are available at three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — and specific criteria must be met to reach each tier.
• pk0k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

6Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on pk0k are conducted in a fair and impartial manner. Game outcomes are not determined by any external influence. Every game result is entirely random (powered by Random Number Generator technology).

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which will be displayed in the game lobby. When playing with a bonus balance, you may not exceed the specified maximum betting limit.

6.3 Technical Issues

If any game is left incomplete due to a server outage, internet connectivity issue, or any other technical fault, the situation will be resolved based on pk0k's records. In such cases, pk0k's decision will be considered final.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk0k and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Improperly exploiting the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Conducting transactions using another person's payment method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or the movement of unlawful funds.

• Fraudulent collusion with other users.

• Changes to game outcomes during periods of technical failure.

Our total liability in any case will not exceed the total value of the transaction in question.

10Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining eligible balance before closing your account.

10.2 Closure at pk0k's Discretion

pk0k reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.

• Evidence of bonus abuse.
• Operating an account from a restricted region.
